Sarah is a true believer of life as our greatest teacher. As a testament to that philosophy she graduated public high school early to follow her true calling, an experiential based education. From Europe, to Africa, to the Americas, she has followed her heart and her desire to learn from the wisdom of nature, and earth’s many tenders. She learned to work with her hands by living on agrarian based organic farms, and remote homesteads. Through her experience she found land stewardship skills to be an act of revolution and resilience. And through hearing the tales of elders, and the stories in her bones she grew to deeply understand the importance in restor(y)ing our conditioning from a tale of separation to one of a renewed connection to the land and our own intuition.

As an exploration of this pursuit Sarah has completed formal studies in Ayurveda, Permaculture, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Western Herbalism, and is a certified Remote EMT. She lives in a small cabin with her beloved partner Skye and their flock of sheep and herd of goats. There they tend to their animals honoring the pastoral lineages of their ancestors. Sarah teaches a wide variety of workshops, leads kayak excursions, tends to home grown food, and continually communes with the more-than-human world.
